  1. Turn off your vehicle.
  2. Push and release the GPS card to remove it.
  3. Insert the GPS card back into the slot and make sure it clicks into place.
  4. Start your vehicle.
Perform a master reset A master reset will erase all stored data, such as call history, text messages, and previously paired phones.
  1. Ensure your vehicle is on and in Park (P), in a well-ventilated area.
  2. Press the Gear Icon at the bottom of your vehicle's screen.
  3. Press Settings.
  4. Select System.
  5. Scroll down and press Master Reset. A warning screen will pop up.
  6. Disconnect all USB devices, Bluetooth devices, and any GPS cards.
  7. Press Yes to continue. You will go through a series of blank screens and messages. The Master Reset is complete once the home screen reappears.
